ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Shipping fees are not included in the product prices and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Once an order is submitted, it enters our automated production process and cannot be canceled or modified once fulfillment has begun.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
Koraloona is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or external shipping factors beyond our control.
If you provide an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us; re-shipment fees may apply.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

In summary:
- We accept claims for defective or damaged products reported within 30 days.
- We offer one free size exchange per order.
- Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
All Koraloona products are covered by the mandatory 2-year legal warranty against defects or non-conformity under EU law and Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, Koraloona may offer discount codes or promotional offers.
These are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Discounts are not applicable to past purchases or gift cards.
