ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All Koraloona products are made to order to reduce overproduction and waste.
Once you place an order, it takes approximately 2–5 business days for your items to be created, checked for quality, and prepared for shipment.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.
SHIPPING TIME AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 5–20 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs delays, holidays, or carrier schedules.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are not included in product prices. They are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. When available, these will be clearly displayed at checkout or announced on our website.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
If tracking information doesn’t appear immediately, please allow up to 48 hours for it to update.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR FAILED DELIVERIES
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.
Koraloona is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties upon delivery.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. Koraloona has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
SHIPPING ISSUES OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@koraloona.com with your order number.
We’ll do our best to assist and, when possible, coordinate with the shipping carrier to locate or replace the package.
